Terrence McCarthy

Terrence is a Managing Director and serves as Chief Financial Officer of CAIS Advisors. He is responsible for overseeing fund operations, corporate accounting and chairs the Valuation Committee. In addition, Terrence plays a key role in product development and fund structuring initiatives.

Terrence has 20 years of experience operationally managing and designing traditional and alternative private and retail fund products globally. Prior to CAIS, Terrence worked at Fiera Capital Inc., where he was the Global Head of Fund Administration and oversaw U.S., Canadian and European fund accounting, fund operations, fund board support and new product design functions. Prior to that, he was the Manager of Operations and Analytics for Larch Lane Advisors LLC.

Terrence earned a B. Sc. in Finance and Marketing from State University of New York at Albany, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Pace University in New York City.
