Chris Crawford

Chris serves as the Chief Operations Officer of CAIS Advisors and heads the CAIS Fund Management team which oversees the operation of CAIS Marketplace Feeder Funds and CAIS Custom Feeder Funds.

Chris has 25 years of experience, and before joining CAIS, held senior roles overseeing operations, finance, compliance and risk management functions of four different alternative investment management firms, the most recent experience prior to CAIS was serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Mizuho Alternative Investments. Chris was the founder and initial chair of CAIS’ Operational Risk Management Committee, a committee on which he still serves as contributing member.

Chris received his BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Villanova University.
